Hi everyone!
I am so sorry for not having posted for almost a month, the days here in Europe have gotten much MUCH busier, we're just constantly on the go exploring these wonderful countries. We spent a few days in the Isle of Skye, so we had the chance to see the highlands of Scotland with the beautiful mountains and such, we even stopped by Loch Ness, sadly we didn't see Nessie there.... The rest of time in Scotland was largely spent exploring Edinburgh further, we even saw a soccer match one day, which was pretty awesome!
That pretty much sums up Scotland. I will post about London soon but I'm going on a day trip to Northern Ireland tomorrow and won't be back till later in the night so I'll make a post in a couple days!!!

Day 4 in Scotland
Hey everyone!
So today was interesting, yet fun. We had to do this "amazing race" thing where we went all around Edinburgh looking for various landmarks and such. It was all going great in the beginning but our group soon became slightly dysfunctional. Right when we were about to complete the quiz section of the race, we ended up losing two of our group members at the National Museum...the worst part is that they were the ones who had the packet with the quiz. Let's just say annoyance levels elevated immensely. So to calm down the nerves we stopped by Biblos (I call it Bilbos, cause that's what I thought it was called the first time I saw it), and had a small drink. As we were enjoying our drinks we saw our two missing group members walking on the other side of the street, so we went outside and called them over so we could complete the quiz. All was well in the end, thankfully.
After we returned to the Dalkeith, there was a women from Scotland that taught us the moves to various dances that take place during a Céilidh. It was interesting one could say. The room that the lesson was taking place in was quite small and there are a lot of us so we were constantly running into one another.
To top off the night a few of us ITC students when to Maysons to watch the Super Bowl. Typical Americans, right? Anyways, it was a boat load of fun. I also had a very intense conversation about music and concerts with Tarrah and Dakota, it's always great talking with others about your love of music. To top all of that off the Seahawks won!!! Life is good people.

Day 3 in Scotland
Hey everyone!
Today was more laid back than yesterday. We ere going to tour more of Edinburgh but we couldn't due to the rain. So instead we headed into Dalkeith at just walked around town a bit. Then a bunch of people from our group went up to the room I'm sharing with some other girls, and we just played games and relaxed. It was pretty cool. Lastly, for dinner a few of us guys and girls went to a restaurant, it was a really fun time.
So that pretty much sums up the day!

Day 2 in Scotland
Hey everyone!!!!
This is my 2nd day in Scotland! Today we had class in the morning and then went right off to visit Edinburgh Castle. The first hour of our day Edinburgh was fine, but then the winds picked up big time! I could swear the temp dropped 20 degrees. The wind was so strong that it would start pushing you around. On top of that it started hailing! Hailing... in January! It stayed pretty windy for the rest of the day with a few sprinkle showers here and there.
So about two hours ago, after walking around Edinburgh and having dinner, we decided to head back to Dalkeith Palace. Here comes the fun part, we thought the bus we were taking back, would take us back to where it picked us up.... Not true, not true at all! Right as we thought the bus was heading back to Dalkeith the bus driver came up to us and told us "This is the final stop, you have to get off now". So we were forced to get off and right as we were heading to catch the other '3' bus it drove right past the bus stop! I mean, really dude!? Apparently us standing at the bus stop waiting for him wasn't good enough for him. So we had to walk for a bit until we found another bus stop. So about half an hour later we found a bus stop and FINALLY got back to the Dalkeith. It was not a fun experience at all, cold+windy+nighttime+country you've never been to before= NOT COOL!!!
Anyways, that was today's adventure! Much more to come!

Boarding!
Hey everyone!
So I'm sitting at the airport waiting to board my flight to Edinburgh! I'm so excited!!! The group I'm traveling with is staying at the Dalekeith Palace for 2 weeks! Yeah, we're staying in a palace. It's going to be pretty amazing! Well I gotta go for now, it's time to board my flight!

3 More Days!!!
Hey everyone!
3 more days until I head off to Europe!!! I'm so excited! Traveling has always been a passion of mine and now I get to spend 3 whole months studying abroad in Europe! I'm traveling with a group from school called International Traveling Classroom (ITC for short). We will be traveling to 7 different cities: Edinburgh, Scotland; London, England; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Paris, France; Freiburg, Germany; Verona, Italy; and Vienna, Austria. We also have free travel in between each city we travel to, so we can go to whatever country/city we please. It's going to be an adventure of a lifetime!
I will try to post the adventures I'd taken that day, everyday if possible. The Wi-Fi in Europe can be very spotty, so there are no guarantees, but I'll make up for the missed days the next time I get good Wi-Fi.
I'm looking forward to sharing my adventures with all of you!
